A ramen shop run by a former French chef from Hokkaido, located on the premises of a supermarket "Star Tsuji" in Ritto City. By the way, it is a meal ticket system. The noodles are completely homemade, and even the char siu and Chinese bamboo are homemade, and furthermore, they are researched and provided with minor changes every day. One day, "something" might subtly change... (ФωФ) Niyaniya Gyoza and fried chicken on the side menu are also delicious. I think that the fried chicken is especially delicious. (ФωФ) The 2022 summer limited chilled tsukemen was also delicious with crispy fried vegetables. Above all, I was surprised that the owner was so friendly and that I remembered his face well even though it was a long time before I visited Oita again. (ﾟДﾟ;) Everyone has their own preferences, so I can't generalize, but I personally think Ritto City is the best, and Shiga Prefecture's best 10. It suits my taste. The rich soy sauce soba had a deep flavor as its name suggests, with plenty of back fat, but it was a delicious ramen that wasn't overpowering. The rich kettle soba had a thick, thick soup that reminded me of Tenkaichippin. The taste was delicious as well, but if you don't like this type of soup, you should be careful as the soup is quite thick so that the surface of the soup hardens after a while.

I had a large serving of rich soy sauce soba and 3 pieces of fried chicken with rice. The total amount is 1150 yen. When the ramen comes, I want you to try the soup first. The rich soy sauce soba soup and oil are well matched, and the oil is light and delicious. Noodles and soup are also good compatibility. The fried chicken is also large and the rice has changed to self, so you can adjust the amount. If you eat the rich soy sauce soba, you may feel that the fried chicken tastes a bit thin, but if you want to eat a lot, it is recommended (rice with 3 pieces of fried chicken costs 300 yen). I had a rich soy sauce soba and fried chicken set meal. The price has gone up overall, but it's still cheap (820 yen for rich soy sauce). However, I felt that the chicken oil was decreasing, so I will check it later, but it is still a delicious restaurant.
