The best ramen in Ritto. I love this place. I take all my family and friends here when I want to show them authentic tonkotsu ramen. The staff is kind and polite. Highly reccommend. 栗東市に一番うまいラーメン。

Hakata Men Doraku in Moriyama City, Shiga Prefecture First visit in a while I received Hakata Champon. More delicious than anything Super delicious Champon made with pork bone soup and stir-fried vegetables. The slightly thick soup coats the noodles well, and combined with the flavor of the stir-fried vegetables, you won't be able to stop eating it with your chopsticks. I ate about half of it and I like red ginger, so I added red ginger for a different taste and it tasted great. I had the fried rice set, and it was a very delicious fried rice that had onions in it, but the rice was crisp. This is a store I would like to visit again soon.

I've been wanting to go to Ritto's "Hakata Mendoraku" for a while 🚙💨 I love Hakata ramen Runrun 😊 Excited 😚 I was so excited that I arrived 15 minutes before opening 😅 There were 5 people waiting including me 😌 Mendoraku is Hakata Champon It seems to be popular, but this time it was my first time so I ordered the default pork bone ramen barikata + half fried rice set 🙋 Wow... it's beautiful 😘 A visual that looks like a picture of Hakata tonkotsu 🤤 First of all, I took a sip of the soup, "Ah 💕 Yummy 💕" There was pork fat on the surface, and the pork bone soup was a little thick and full of umami 😍 There was no odor or flavor. It's simply delicious 😌 The homemade thin noodles with low addition of water have just the right amount of elasticity 😌 The best soup is well pumped up and the texture is crisp 👍 The Hakata tonkotsu ramen ranks highest in my opinion 💮 The owner's commitment shines ✨ And the fried rice It's really delicious 🙆 Possibly because they use pork bone soup to finish it, it's full of flavor and really delicious 😍 I really recommend it 👍 You should try it 😀 It's been a long time since I've been impressed by tonkotsu ramen.
