The soy sauce has a strong flavor and the salt is light. Both are delicious, and the ramen you get at the MOA seat is the best. The Japanese-style soy sauce, available only at the Namba store, is quite rich and has a slightly strong flavor. For Wakai, we recommend salt-based ones.
