This is it, this sour niboshi tonkotsu is addictive, and the noodles are delicious! It was a type of delicious tsukemen that you would find in Tokyo.The general's service was polite, and he might be the type to lose out on the atmosphere of the restaurant. The char siu rice bowl was a little spicy. (Overcooked?) The amount and quality of the meat are good. It's close to work so I'll be back!

The soup is seafood based. If you like tonkotsu ramen, go somewhere else. Recommended if you like seafood.
