I had "Hiyashi Chuka" at the ramen shop "Chinese Soba Gen-san" on the southeast corner of Tamatsu 1-chome intersection. I make a large serving of noodles. Here at ``Chinese Soba Gen-san,'' A Chinese soba shop called Takaida style. It is a famous shop that Kenkoba often introduced in Mook books and TV. The Takaida-style Chinese soba here is delicious, but in the summer, it's chilled Chinese noodles! Now, The cold noodles here are medium-thin noodles. The noodles were topped with 4 slices of pork belly chashu, bamboo shoots, boiled cabbage, boiled egg, tomato, and chopped seaweed. Sesame seeds were also sprinkled on top. And Chinese cabbage kimchi was served separately. The sauce is sweet and sour soy sauce with sesame oil. The sauce is also served separately. The noodles of “Hiyashi Chuka” here are very crispy. It's a chilled Chinese dish that goes well with the soy sauce sauce. Turning on the kimchi in the middle made it even more delicious! Chilled Chinese food was really good~~~
