A shop that cuts straight through the arcade of Higashi-dori and stands in a secluded place in a deserted street. I ordered the A set with ramen and pork belly stew with rice. The stewed pork belly that the amiable older brother brings out first is simmered to a crumbly consistency, is not greasy, and is quite delicious with the sweet and salty seasoning that Japanese people like. This alone will advance the rice. The ramen, on the other hand, has a translucent cloudy soup, and a gentle salty taste full of nourishment. Combined with thin straight noodles, it is a different genre from Japanese salt ramen. People who like greasy ramen may not like it, but I personally like it. The char siu, which seems to be homemade, is also lightly flavored and comes with 3 pieces, which I think is a great deal for 800 yen. You can also enjoy the taste change by adding stewed pork belly to ramen. The difficult point is that the place is a little far away and difficult to find, but it was a ramen that was sticking to the people who liked it.
My first impression when I saw the restaurant was that it looked like a good old-fashioned restaurant. There was an older brother in front of the store and he invited me in. The shop seemed to be run by the older brother and the uncle. I was very impressed with both of them. I ate pork noodles. The ramen soup was light and matched the thin noodles, and it was so delicious that the chopsticks progressed and the soup seemed to drink up. Thank you for the meal! When I said that, he replied with a firm voice, so I felt very good and felt that it was a delicious and nice restaurant. I want to go again.
