I found this ramen shop by chance. The owner is astringent and cool. I ordered Japanese style soy sauce ramen and grilled pork bowl. The soup is refreshing, rich, and easy to drink, and there's no pushback at all. The noodles are thin and have a chewy texture that goes well with the soup. The grilled pork bowl is also delicious, with the kimchi accenting the dish.

After the closure of Mendokoro Eguchi, the former manager opened this shop independently. Is the Japanese-style soy sauce ramen the same as Eguchi's? Japanese-style dashi stock, slightly thick soy sauce soup, and thin noodles are irresistible. Char siu is also delicious. As before, the Takana rice set may be my personal favorite.
