Osaka, Japan｜Men'ya New Classic

After four bowls, this is our new favorite ramen. Both the chintan and paitan broths are delicious. It was awesome to find chicken paitan instead of the tonkotsu that is trending in America. Condiments were impressive. Togarashi spiced up my shoyu ramen. I added yuzu vinegar to my shio ramen for a "pop" of acid. The master is friendly and welcoming to foreigners. The background music is classic jazz. Altogether a comfortable place to eat.
