Unlike the ramen that is made with instant noodle soup all over the streets in Japan now, every link of Uncle’s ramen is 100% handmade, and you will know it as soon as you eat it. In addition to ramen, takami rice is also a must. Be sure to mix mentaiko and mayonnaise together. In addition, the menu on Google Maps is wrong. Uncle’s shop only has ramen and rice bowls.
