Osaka, Japan｜Kyushu-ramen Kurochan

This whole thing with garlic in Kyushu cuisine is really hit or miss for me, but for some reason I just spontaneously ordered the garlic ramen here. And it was great!

Just right for me. Not too strong with salt and spices, just the deep rich taste of the delicious broth with fresh noodles, veges, ground sesame, and pieces of sweet pork.

If you are over 40, this light soup is good. And the chashu is also delicious. There are famous ramen shops around here, but one shop is too spicy for soy sauce. Another store is delicious, but my stomach is heavy in the middle of the night. As I am getting older, I have to pay attention to the salt content, so it is my favorite ramen from the perspective of eating healthily for a long time.
