More Comments at Google MapRandomly tried this restaurant during my visit to Japan. Turns out their ramen was superb! Served with bowl of rice. The service was excellent even though they don’t have an english menu and none of their staff can speak english, but it was all okay because the staff was very friendly.
I entered the Kadoya Shokudo, which I had been interested in for a long time, and the Nishi Umeda store where I could easily drop by. I had the standard Chinese soba. It's a lineage of soy sauce ramen with a strong meat extract. The char siu I saw in the picture looked like a dry type, but no, it was greasy and juicy. I didn't know that it came with white rice and kimchi because I didn't purchase any information in advance. I didn't expect the ramen shop's branch and service, but I was surprisingly impressed with the polite customer service.
Chinese soba pork is the best! The clear soy sauce soup is refreshing, and the combination of thin noodles and pork gives it an impressive flavor. I added kimchi and chives to give it a punch, and then topped it up with bean sauce and garlic to complete the meal. The white rice that comes with it and the soup poured over it gives it a great taste. The small drink set includes kimchi, zha cai, and draft beer for 500 yen, making it a great value. He was kind and polite, asking me when to serve it after or after the ramen. This time I went there just before closing at 9pm, so it wasn't crowded, but it might get a little crowded at noon.
