It's an open kitchen It seems that the hall is in control of the operation. Both people in the kitchen work well together, and their language and behavior are polite and pleasant. Miso ramen that I purposely ordered at a restaurant specializing in Champon noodles. I like that the vegetables are cut into small pieces so that they are easy to scoop out with a spoon. Of course it tastes delicious too.
