Hiyoko is a famous restaurant right next to the Imperial Hotel. I've been to this restaurant three times now and each time it's excellent. This time, I had chicken paitan ramen for 1,000 yen and an extra 150 yen for flavored eggs. This ramen always looks beautiful when served. It's elegant, looks just like a picture, and the flavored eggs are perfectly cooked. The taste of the soup is really delicious and you won't get tired of it. A little purple onion adds a crunchy accent. It's really delicious, so I'd like everyone to try it.
