More Comments at Google MapI went on the opening day. There were about 4 people lined up in front of the store, and since it was a weekday due to the coronavirus pandemic, it wasn't that crowded. The inside of the store is clean and there is only a counter. As soon as I entered the store, I used the ticket vending machine to eat chicken shellfish salt ramen and chashu rice bowl. The manager is a disciple of Mitsuha and the second independent person. Unlike Mitsuha, where I trained, the soup is based on shellfish soup stock. Although the chicken shellfish soup stock was foamy, the taste was light and delicious. The char siu rice bowl was also different, it was light and had no black pepper, so you could feel the sweetness of the fat. Since it was opening day, the manager and staff of ``Mitsuha'' came to help. This is the second graduate from Mitsuha. I hope you do your best. I went there right away to eat since they were only open in the evenings and served Mazesoba. The char siu was made with sweet pork char siu, small pieces of char siu, chicken char siu, stewed shrimp, onions, shellfish cracked daikon radish, and green onions, and the sweet and salty broth mixed with the noodles was delicious. Lately, when they have limited editions, they are open in the evenings, and this time I saw on Twitter that they were offering 10 servings of rich shrimp ramen, so I went to try it right away. It was delicious with a rich pork bone base and the scent of sakura shrimp. I came to eat the char siu tsukemen. I'm glad that the flavor doesn't deteriorate even if you mix the noodles with the thick soup and add the soup as a finishing touch. The rare char siu bowl was made with browned cubes of char siu, but the rare char siu bowl was delicious with finely cut char siu and garnished with green onions. I went there because I saw that Mitsuha Second, Kira, and Himawari were collaborating with ramen shops and would be offering limited editions. Business hours are 11:00, but the store was ready an hour early, so I was able to get in within a few minutes. Mitsuha is a foamy pork bone ramen, but this time it was Iekei ramen, which was a little darker and delicious. I went to eat the limited edition simple cold mazesoba. I thought it was cold tsukemen in the summer, but when I saw the limited edition cold kelp water shell tsukemen, I went to try it right away. The noodles soaked in kelp water were also cold and delicious. In the end, I added kelp water to the sauce, mixed it with soup, and finished it. I'm looking forward to the next limited release. It's been a year since the store opened, and to commemorate their 1st anniversary, they're doing a limited edition, so I went to try the scallop and scallop soup noodles and stewed pork bowl. The dipping sauce was thick and delicious. The boiled pork bowl was different from other bowls, it had a sweet taste and was delicious. I look forward to seeing you in the future. I went to eat Kyoto wheat x glutinous wheat seafood and pork bone tsukemen. It tasted like seafood and was delicious. I think you could heat up the soup a little more. At the Kyoto Wheat Harvest Festival, I went to try the Kyoto Wheat Flavored Oyster Miso Tsukemen, which is a limited edition tsukemen. The oyster miso with the oyster stock was delicious. I came here because the owner of Ramenya Mitsuba Second was renting out his store in Koi and was offering limited edition ramen. Tonkotsu Baka FINAL only with flavored egg and chashu topping. Apparently, if you say to the owner, ``men baka,'' when topping the flavored egg, you can get one. The taste was as rich as Tenichi, and the aftertaste was refreshing and delicious. I saw on Twitter that they offer cold corn ramen, so I went to try it. The sweetness of the corn soup goes surprisingly well with the Kyoto wheat noodles.
When in doubt, you should definitely choose the special one! A very satisfying volume with 3 types of carefully selected char siu and boiled eggs! ! Personally, I think foam-based ramen is a bit addictive, but this restaurant's soup is refreshing and extremely delicious, allowing you to drink it all the way to the end! The noodles had a nice chewy texture and were very delicious! The grilled char siu rice bowl that came with it was very chewy, very fragrant, and tender, and of course it was delicious on its own, but it was absolutely amazing when served with ramen soup! Give it a try! ! ! !
2023/6/7 Limited edition Chinese soba soy sauce + rare char siu bowl! Soy sauce-flavored Chinese noodles have such a simple taste, but they're delicious... You can enjoy them thoroughly, drink them in large gulps, or mix them with thin noodles and slurp them up! Limited edition salt is also available, you must try it! 2022/01/07 Today we're going to the ramen shop Kou-san in Oji, clams and barracuda green soup! Limited to today! From the looks of it, it only contains delicious food...The aroma is irresistible...After drinking it, the soup spreads from my tongue to my throat to my esophagus to my stomach, and the deliciousness spreads through every station...This is a cup of gratitude. The three types of char siu - chicken breast, thinly sliced rare, and plumply grilled - are also delicious! Previous post: Special chicken shellfish salt ramen @Ramenya Kira. Whipping salt soup with a good balance of chicken and shellfish flavor. The rare char siu, chicken char siu, and grilled char siu are also delicious. The thin, medium-thick noodles are chewy and delicious. Although it has just opened, the service is quick and efficient, and it feels good.
