My favorite type of tsukemen with rich seafood and pork bone soup. I used to love a restaurant called ``Chiccho'' in Gamo 4-chome and Umeda, and I had always been looking for the tsukemen there. And today, I found it. The richness, sourness, and sweetness of the seafood are all to my liking. The chashu is sliced thickly for the soup, and thinly for the special tsukemen. Personally, I don't think it's necessary to make the special tsukemen just for the char siu. With that in mind, I'm worried about whether or not I'll continue to make this special because I'm aiming for menma and flavored eggs. The tsukemen is delicious, so everything else is a bit disappointing. I just want to eat this tsukemen all the time! Definitely a repeat purchase♪ I would like to try the spicy one next time. The fried chicken bowl was delicious. There is nothing more impressive than Tsukemen.
A tsukemen shop had opened in the space of an izakaya. Eat it and be surprised! The level of the store is so high that you wouldn't expect it to be in a residential area. A rich favorite flavor that sets it apart from mass-produced tsukemen. If they had opened a store near Kyobashi Station, I think the balance of influence would definitely have changed. Highly recommended.
