Best ramen we had in Japan. The soup is rich and really thick. The eggs were cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this place!!

I got Musoshin ramen with eggs. The soup was thick and the taste was gentle, and the noodles were delicious. The char siu doesn't have to be dry either. Kujo green onions are also used, and I drank most of the soup while scooping.

It's a vegetable-based chicken tonkotsu soup. It's a muddy burn, but it's not that persistent. Order a limited pork ramen. Charred Toro Toro. But the fat has melted just right, so I don't lean on it. You can feel refreshed. However, some people may think that it is dark.
