best tantanmen which I know. balance of soup hotness, noodle softness, it is perfect. add hanasansho if you want to make more hot. also fried rice is very good. the problem is the place is far from any station, parking lot is small. because of the COVID problem, now opens at 11:00-14:30 only at weekdays. you can have a dinner at weekend. holidays at monday and tuesday.

This place is definitely 5 stars! Since I learned about it about 8 years ago, I've eaten many highly rated tandan noodles from other restaurants, but this one definitely ranks first! Recently, Tabelog has really caught up with me. The spiciness of the dandan noodles is just right, and the flavor is amazing ✨ If you like spicy food, it is better to make it a little spicy. The meat miso is also well seasoned, and the noodles are just as firm and thick, making for a perfect balance! It's a shame that I can't go there casually because it's always crowded! The rotation rate is good. Customer service is energetic and polite, and the store is clean! (It's much better than before) They also have regular ramen and fried chicken, so it's great that it's easy to go even if you're bringing your kids. It's also nice that it comes with a slotted spoon that you can use to scoop up just the meat miso. This is a highly recommended restaurant that will put a smile on your face when you eat it.

Dandan noodles without soup were very delicious! I was surprised to see that it contained shiso and Japanese ginger, but after the spiciness of the chili oil and the numbing sensation of the Japanese pepper, the refreshing taste came afterwards and it was very delicious. Personally, I recommend eating it with Set A fried rice. It was a completely different taste than the soupless dandan noodles I've had so far. I want to go again! ・Parking is free for up to 2 hours
