Kyoto, Japan｜Ramen Arashi

Finally had ramen after 7 days in Japan. Excellent way to greet us and serve us. Really tasty ramen, carefully done. Also we found our phone sorry for the mishap it was in our room. Thanks for talking with us about boxing and naming some Puerto Rican boxers. We felt at home at your place.

Delicious food served by interesting owners. The most massive Karaage I've ever had, moist and tasty, and excellent ramen in generous portions. The owner used to be a boxer and is a very friendly chap with a little bit of English. Not speaking Japanese was not an issue, we managed to order with no problems. This place is excellent especially if you are staying at the nearby Utano Youth Hostel as there's not much in the area in the way of restaurants. It's a walkable distance.
