I had a chance to go to Takada, so I searched for a ramen restaurant and noticed Sanba Karasu so I stopped by. I ordered the chicken pork bone ramen (salt), but the noodles are well entwined with the slightly foamy creamy thick soup that is popular now, and even though it is a rich pork bone soup, the salt base is effective It wasn't heavy at all, and I ate it all the way to the very end. The rare char siu was also very delicious, as if the experience of having experienced Italian and Western food was condensed. It was a ramen shop that I would definitely like to stop by when I go to Takada again.
