I love this place. Rich but balanced broth, very nice guys that the the place, really wonderful. Line can get pretty long so expect a 15 to 30 minute late depending on when you arrive. Only negative is they aren't open in the weekends!

Beautiful mountain in the heart of Kashihara.

The store is located in the Autobacs parking lot, but there is always a line outside the store. When we arrived just before midnight, there were 7 to 8 people waiting. I decided to wait in line after that, but the turnover was good and I was able to get into the store sooner than expected. The restaurant only has counter seats, but the seats are spaced apart. I received the tsukemen with 200 grams of flavored egg. The smooth noodles go down well with the light soup stock. The thickly sliced ​​pork in the soup stock was delicious. It is admirable that the quality has been maintained even though it has become a popular store. I asked for soup stock, but it was still salty, so I wasn't able to finish it all, which was a bit disappointing.
