Iekei ramen has been around for the first time in about 10 years since I entered a store called Yokohama Iekei ramen when I was in Kanto. I had no knowledge of what Iekei-ramen was like. I ordered MAX ramen with firm noodles, but I didn't expect the noodles to be this thick. I made it hard, so it's hard (laughs).I like thick ramen, so it's my favorite ramen.
