I stopped by "Chikamichi" after a long time. At that time, it was spicy extreme ramen, but I ate miso ramen, which is a staple in winter. After all, it was a popular store, so about 4 people lined up in front of the store. I was guided into the store and chose miso ramen and flavored rice at the ticket vending machine. The miso is homemade, and the unique spiciness and flavor of miso is exquisite and warms the body. The flavored rice was also delicious with a good scent of dried sardines. I'm happy to see that the number of ramen shops that advertise non-chemicals is increasing. They offer miso ramen and tsukemen for a limited time only in winter, so I immediately ate tsukemen and char siu mayo bowl. The miso was homemade, spicy and quite delicious. I want to eat oil soba for the first time in a while. I ate curry ramen and curry tsukemen for summer only. The smooth curry soup was a soup that felt the ingredients of dried sardines, and the aftertaste was refreshing and delicious. It seems that the store will be relocated near Kintetsu Yuzaki Station this year, so I would like to stop by again.

The atmosphere of the shop is very good! Many ramen shops have a unique tense atmosphere like do or not, but the ramen shop here is comfortable. The unobtrusive friendliness of the staff, the stylish lemon-infused water, and the cute illustration of the notes... This is a wonderful ramen shop that cares about its customers. Of course, not only the atmosphere but also the taste is delicious! Although it is a seafood type, it has a rich taste without feeling rough! Before I knew it, I was drinking a lot of soup. The noodles are also elastic and go well with the soup. It's only open for lunch, so it may be difficult to use, but it's worth it!
