Yamatokoriyama, Nara, Japan｜Saika Ramen

We were brought here by someone who said she would travel out of her way just to eat here. It definitely didn't disappoint. It ended up being the best Ramen we had while in Japan.

I think this is the restaurant where you can eat Saikaramen that is closest to the taste that existed when it was first established. Both the noodles and soup are delicious. Whenever I get close, I always try to stop by and eat there two or three times a week.
