Yamatokoriyama, Nara, Japan｜夢っ志愈亭（むっしゅてい）

A very homely shop run by a family. This ramen shop is loved by locals, from the elderly to small children.

I don't have many opportunities to go there because it's far from my home, but it has a great atmosphere and is my favorite ramen shop. The tonkotsu soy sauce that I always eat tastes similar to Wakayama ramen, but with less odor. I sometimes go to Marutaya, but I feel like it's an upward compatibility with that. (This is just my personal impression. I went all the way to Wakayama a few times, and it's as delicious as it sounds stupid.) I don't get to go there often, so I always eat the tonkotsu soy sauce, but I'm concerned about how many other customers order miso. The fried chicken and fried rice are also quite delicious. I always think of going home if it were a little closer (lol)

It's a ramen shop run by a parent and child. The atmosphere of the shop is great.
