More Comments at Google MapThis is the best ramen I've had in Japan. I have had ramen all over this country and I find a lot of people give good ratings to places that don't deserve it just because they're famous or something. This place legitimately has the best tasting broth, the best noodles, great side dishes, and a nice variety of styles to choose from. Do yourself a favor and try this ramen.
Creamy rich richness! Chicken pork bone ramen! Ordered the char siu chicken tonkotsu ramen. The two types of char siu that are laid out are gorgeous to look at. The flavor of the soup is creamy and rich with whipped chicken and pork bones. On the other hand, the noodles are straight thin noodles like those used in Hakata ramen. It looks like it would go well with thick noodles, but it's a style that adjusts the amount with kaedama. I thought that one bowl of noodles would not be enough, but the soup was so rich that I didn't order a second serving. The store is almost full of people who think they are students, even on weekday nights. The general who cooks and the part-timer at the hall. You seem pretty busy. It's a trendy chicken-based restaurant, but there aren't many shops along Route 169, and it seems that they are trying to differentiate themselves from the ramen shops around them. However, I am very satisfied because I was able to taste Zakhan's ramen at a high level even when I looked at it alone.
I used it around 6pm. Add half fried rice to the most popular chicken and pork bone ramen (1,180 yen). The chicken pork bone soup was like emulsified chicken broth, and I was surprised by the size and milkiness of the astragalus. The soup has a strong impact, but the noodles and ingredients were delicious and I was very satisfied (the soup was also delicious, of course). The half-fried rice was a lot more than I expected, but for people like Tenri University, this amount might be good.
