Tenri, Nara, Japan｜Shiogensui

I visited Marshal Shio for the first time. I ordered a full set of natural salt ramen. I can feel the aroma and flavor of yuzu, and fried onions? It was a nice accent and the light salty seasoning was great. The fried rice was so well seasoned that it was delicious on its own. It was my first visit to Marshal Shio, Even though it was dinner time and it was crowded, I was able to sit down unexpectedly smoothly, the atmosphere was nice, and the staff's customer service was good, so I would like to go back to eat there again.

I had salt tsukemen, my wife had green onion salt ramen, and my junior high school son had salt ramen with egg topping and cha mayo bowl. Everyone enjoyed it deliciously. My wife felt energized after eating it with lots of green onions♪ She said she couldn't get enough of the accents of charred garlic and yuzu. My son is the best. The taste of the soup and the texture of the noodles were good. The soup is so good❗️ The char mayo bowl was also delicious ❗️ The compatibility between the char siu and mayonnaise was good ❗️ This is my second time. Stable deliciousness. It was so delicious that I never get tired of it no matter how many times I come ♪ Thank you very much 😊 Thank you for the meal❗️

I went there for the first time and it was delicious. I ate delicious salt ramen for the first time in a while! That's what it feels like. My husband usually chooses soy sauce ramen, pork bone, or Taiwanese ramen depending on his preference. I don't usually drink soup, but I was curious about the words inside, so I drank it all. Still, I could drink it, it wasn't too bitter, it didn't make me thirsty, and it was really delicious. I would like to go again if I have a chance. Oh, one thing I was concerned about was that the floor was a bit slippery. Is it oil? Maybe I can't help it. The staff was very friendly and there were chairs for children, which I thought was very attentive. The only thing that bothered me was the floor (lol)
