I visited around 1pm on a Saturday and was prepared to wait, but I got in easily (*/∀＼*) The reason? I bought a ticket at the ticket vending machine, took my seat, and was served a bowl of rice in about a minute! ! Too fast! ! ! LOL The noodles are chewy and chewy ( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ The soup wasn't too thick for tsukemen, and it coated the noodles well ( ´∀｀ )b The menma, thick char siu, and half-boiled egg are delicious (*・ω・)ノ Thank you for the meal☆

Although it is located in a very remote area, it is extremely popular with almost full seats. ●● order ●● For the order, choose “Pork bone tsukemen 200g” 900 yen + “Spare ribs” 350 yen! --------------------------------------- Instagram → @pukchan_ramen --------------------------------------- ●●Noodles●● Noodles are thick straight noodles. The surface is smooth and has a chewy texture, making it an excellent item! I also feel a lot of wheat flavor! ●●Dipping soup●● The dipping soup is a rich pork bone dipping soup. Tonkotsu (pork bone) and seafood is the most common dipping sauce, but this is probably because pork bones only are too rich and won't appeal to everyone. Mushin overcomes this problem by adding yuzu to the dipping sauce to create a refreshing feeling! However, it does not change that it is for men. . . smile And no matter what you say, the thickness of this pork's umami! You can feel the smell of pork bones moderately, but the umami is more than that. To be honest, I prefer Muteppou's ramen! ●●Spare ribs●● Some parts were a little dry, but it was a delicious spare rib! I definitely want you to eat it! It's delicious ramen. I ate miso that is unique to this place. Tsukemen has a larger amount than regular ramen, so if you are used to the usual amount of 200g, you should be prepared. It's unusual because it's a reckless type of tsukemen, but I come here when I want a large portion. You can choose pork bone or seafood for the soup.
