Visited after peak time at 8:30pm on weekdays. It's a 10-minute walk from Amagatsuji Station, but there's a parking lot for 7 cars, which is great. Contains 4 types of soy sauce and uses porcini mushroom flavor oil. When you take a bite, the flavor of the soy sauce and the whole chicken combine to fill your mouth. Medium-thin straight noodles are chewy. There is no problem with the soup. The fat part of the pork thigh char siew has been scraped off, giving it a meaty texture. Perfect texture. Flavored eggs are richly seasoned and serve as an accent to the soup. Menma also tastes homemade and delicious. It was so delicious that I could feel the flavor from beginning to end, so much so that I drank all of the soup.
