If you enjoy delicious ramen, you must come to this restaurant. The broth is chicken and pork based - very rich and flavourful but not heavy. The noodles are medium thickness. The meat/chashu is quite tender and full of flavour. You can order 3 kinds of ramen: salt, soy sauce or stamina. The restaurant also has some tasty side dishes including chicken karaage which is crispy and juicy. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy some delicious ramen 🍜

I diluted the taste with soy sauce and used less oil. I've eaten a lot of Iekei ramen, but this was my favorite flavor. In fact, it can be said that it is the most delicious, regardless of family history. I was impressed

The summer passed by in a hectic way. After not being able to return home, I headed to Mt. Omine to make some last memories. On the way, I came across Asuka Family Ramen. “Asuka family lineage?” For me at Azuma Ebisu, family lineage means soul food. I was astonished to see how it all came together and became syncretized in Yamato Province. Apparently, it's a marriage of Iekei and chicken hot water. I longed for that salty taste, and my Kanto tongue began to shed tears of nostalgia. The chopped onions in the screw-type Tupperware are still unsatisfied, and when you sip the ramen that is served in the bowl - which at first glance looks nothing like the ramen from the family lineage - it's delicious.The wild UMAMI that is unique to the family lineage remains, but the mildness comes from the chicken. It is an exquisite dish with a rich sweetness. If you put onions on top, the allicin will act as a booster and the piston transport of the noodles will be smooth and smooth!
