It was the most delicious sour tsukemen I've ever had. Highly recommended for those who like hot and sour soup or sour soup. I like to add a little bit of split soup and change the taste with kombu vinegar. The thoughtfulness of "It's hard to loosen the noodles when it's hot, so please eat while loosening the soup" also grabbed the feelings of the hot party. In the past, there have been a few restaurants where the owner insisted on his taste, saying things like, "Oh, we don't serve sizzling noodles. Cold-watered noodles are absolutely delicious." The store is gone.

I was happy to be able to eat black ramen in Nara. The soup was pitch black, but it was lighter than it looked, easy to eat, and delicious. The noodles are medium-thick and chewy, making them outstanding. Both types of char siew seemed to have a special taste and were delicious. I will stop by the store again next time. Personally, I'm a ramen fan, but the Taiwanese mazesoba also looks delicious, so I'll try it next time I go. ( ＾ω＾ )
