I made a fried rice set with seafood chicken white water char siu noodles soy sauce. The soup is thick and very delicious. Before I knew it, I had finished drinking.
2021 1/20 Visited at 14:30 on weekdays. I visited outside lunch time, so there were no guests. There is a parking lot for about 5 cars. I ordered a set of mini fried rice (¥1,130) with seafood chicken plain hot water char siu noodles soy sauce that was on the cover of the menu. What was served 10 minutes later was an impactful dish that greatly stimulated the appetite. First of all, it is ramen, but the soup is quite rich, but the aftertaste is refreshing. Delicious anyway. It's my favorite flavor. The umami of chicken and seafood is condensed. The noodles also have the scent of wheat and are not defeated by the strong soup. And most of all, char siu. Rare char siu and roasted char siu half and half I ordered it, but both tasted different. Personally, I like rare char siu. It has a slightly salty taste like uncured ham, but it goes well with the soup. I ate a lot of ramen, but it was a cup that was quite high. The set fried rice was also delicious. Is the black appearance the color of soy sauce? I left the store with great satisfaction. I would like to order another menu next time. Dewa Dewa!
