Maitake mushroom tempura is delicious! You can eat it with salt, or dip it into udon noodles. The restaurant is run by a cheerful master and mom. The food is made after you order, so it takes a little time. We had Maitake Mushroom Tenku Udon, Oyster Maitake Tenku Udon, and Kayaku Rice!

By 11:30, the place was already full, and there were eight customers in front of us. I found two seats at the counter and asked to see the menu. There are no prices in the photo, but it's difficult to choose based on appearance, such as cold noodles or no soup. In the end, I ended up with tempura udon🍜 and fried shrimp tempura mochi udon🍜. It was authentic Sanuki udon and it was very delicious! The chicken tempura was firm and lightly fried and was the best ^ - ^ At first glance, I thought the shop owner might be a bit scary because he seems like a craftsman, but he spoke to me in a friendly manner.
