Amagasaki, Hyogo, Japan｜Demekin

This is a famous Hiroshima-yaki restaurant that has been around since the good old Showa era. I've been going there since my predecessor, and if you want authentic Hiroshima-yaki with the same taste, this is the place to go.

Since the owner is from Hiroshima, this is a valuable restaurant where you can eat real Hiroshima okonomiyaki while staying in Amagasaki. I've eaten Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki several times in Hiroshima, the home of the dish, but it comes with buckwheat by default, right? Here at Demekin, buckwheat is not the default. (Surely Yuka-san Toko of Mukonoso should have been a topping menu for buckwheat) Please be careful about that point. However, it may be Amagasaki's "Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki style" that does not contain soba.

Ordered 900 yen with pork egg udon. It was relatively filling and delicious. I would like to visit again if there is an opportunity.
