(March 2023) The place is quite popular, especially in the evening. On the walls are photos and signatures of probably some famous people who have been there. You can feel the atmosphere of Osaka.The staff does not speak English, but there is an English menu. There are sauces on the table, katsuobushi, aonori, etc., so you can spice things up for yourself. A beer in a frozen mug goes perfectly with the hot okonomiyaki. We've been a few times and ordered okonomiyaki and modernyaki. Both delicious.

Top quality okonomiyaki in a place which feels a lot more authentic than the restaurants in the middle of Dotonbori. Absolutely recommend their modanyaki - I'm now a convert to putting yakisoba on okonomiyaki :) Only one warning for the asthmatics - it is very smoky in this okonomiyakiya!

Great atmosphere and good food. It isn't a luxury place, but the vibe is quite nice.
