I used the drive-thru, but there was a mix-up in my order and I received a different item than what I ordered. After arriving home and taking a bite, I realized that I had received the wrong item, but when I contacted them by phone, they immediately sent me the correct item. When I entered the store around 10:30 on a weekday, there was no one there, probably because it was early for lunch, so I was able to place my order and pick up my order right away. It can be crowded on holidays, so it was nice when it was empty. The staff at the store were very nice and recommended that I use my points so I didn't have to pay for change, and they opened the manual door for me when I left. However, there were three steps on the side of the entrance door, so I thought it wouldn't be suitable for people with strollers or wheelchairs. The exit door is barrier-free, so I personally think it would be helpful for people with strollers or wheelchairs to enter from there.

You can take out without really waiting. The explanation of the new product was polite and pleasant customer service.
