It was such a awesome experience for us! Everyone was really kind and explained everything in English for us. The food was delicious and the fact that we can pick our own dashi on our egg roll was incredible! +++ for the staff!

You can purchase <Dashi-maki egg bento> made with various kinds of soup stock. You can eat inside the restaurant, but it's always fully booked, so it might be better to have it as a bento. I visited on a holiday around 1pm, ordered on the day without a reservation, and had my bento box ready in about 30 minutes. During that time, there is Jonangu Shrine nearby, so it will be a good time to visit. It's a short drive from the Kyoto Minami Interchange, so it may be convenient for those traveling by car. If you purchase an additional dashimaki tamago made with a different soup stock in addition to the bento box, you can taste and compare. The amount is enough for a woman to feel full. Men may feel a little unsatisfied. There are plenty of parking lots around the store, so you don't have to worry about it.

I visited on a Sunday at 3:30pm, but the restaurant was fully booked and I couldn't eat inside. However, I was informed that there was a takeout service for dashimaki, so I was able to enjoy some delicious dashimaki in the garden. The dashimaki was so delicious that I bought a soup pack and went home. The staff at the store were also very courteous, and I would like to visit again next time.
