Tartar is a mild tartar sauce that looks like it's made with mayonnaise base and dairy products such as fresh cream or yogurt added. It feels lighter than a sauce that relies solely on mayonnaise. The fried chicken is full of bite-sized pieces. The seasoning is also solid. The clothes are also crisp. The batter itself contains flavor, and the natural saltiness is just right and it's very delicious. It goes great with tartare, and you'll end up eating more fried chicken one after another. It was so delicious that I came back three days later. A large serving of fried chicken with green onion salt. Salty fried chicken that can be eaten as is, with a slightly thick salt sauce. Contrary to the salty impression, it has a mild salt sauce. I ate this again with great force. This is a restaurant that satisfies both quality and quantity.
