I loved this casual french restaurant. We ordered 2 drinks, appetizer mix plate, chicken thing and beef steaks. Everything we had was soooo delicious! Total cost was 6200 yen for two, pretty reasonable. I don't know if they have an English menu, but at least one of the staff spoke English. You may wanna make a reservation in advance. I wanna go back this place soon!

We really enjoyed that atmosphere and love supporting locally owned restaurants. The server was fantastic! We had a chicken lemon dish that was one of the best we had ever tasted. Simply divine. The steak was really good but not great. Apple dessert was also great. Don't be surprised, there is a 3,000 ($2.50 US) seat charge / per person. It's worth it to help support a local business and if you are from America - just think of it as a tip.
