I came here early in the morning after having just visited a few temples in the area. The atmosphere in this restaurant is very cozy. They had staff that spoke both English and Japanese. There's a buffet option (which I thought was a bit expensive) and then there are individual plates that you can order. I ordered the French toast, but it initially only came with one slice— they allowed me to add another slice for an extra fee. I thought the French toast was amazing! The pricing is about mid-range, but I'd say this place is worth a stop by anyway. I'd come back here again.

A great place to rest your tired feet. We ordered a Yuzu Gin-tonic, Wagyu Beef Curry Rice, Kyoto Fish & Chips with Yuzu Kosho Aioli and a Seasonal Fruit Tart. The food was good and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The food was nice: fresh, high quality and tasty. I had the salmon, green salad and mushrooms: all delicious. The pork cutlet was a bit dry and chewy but the marinade was still tasty. The apple pie was probably the best I ever had! We‘d come back :)
