美味しいですよ！ There is a special type of cold soba soup with avocado & tomato in summertime (if I recall correctly, June-July?) only.

This was definitely the best soba we had in Japan. Other places simply do not compare. Even the water that comes at the end of the meal is better than most. The location is a little hard to find. Look for the wires hanging outside that look like drying soba noodles.

Dining here is an experience like no other. Each meal is prepared with care. (Takes 1-1.5 hours to enjoy properly). The soba noodles are absolutely incredible. The duck soba broth was by far the most complex, aromatic and delicious broth I have ever tried.
