Kyoto, Japan｜Seikatei

Since it was an anniversary, I made a reservation and went to Seikatei. Gentle seasoning, truly "Chinese food in Kyoto". We drank alcohol and had a great time. My favorite was this month's recommended sweet and sour pork with black vinegar. But they were all excellent (the shumai was also delicious). Dessert almond tofu has seasonal fruits.

Harumaki was especially delicious! I was able to get a reservation from 6 o'clock at the last minute, so I rushed by taxi! No regrets after coming so far!

Although it's not pictured, the sweet and sour pork was also great. How can I describe it, along with the taste of the presentation?It is full of elegance. I ordered 5-6 items, especially the fried chicken, which was bite-sized so even kids could eat it in one go, and the batter was rice flour? The meat had a fragrant flavor that seemed to contain it, and it was juicy, elegant, and extremely delicious. I want to visit again soon before I forget the taste.
