More Comments at Google MapI don't know when I'll be there next time, so I greedily ordered Champon and Katsudon (1260 yen) Champon has a lot of ingredients, and the soup is so rich and delicious that you wouldn't expect it to be from a local restaurant. The katsudon was also an unusual type with egg bean paste on top, and the soup stock was really effective. Because of the bean paste, the cutlet did not absorb much moisture and the batter was crispy. It's a restaurant with a variety of menus, which is rare in this area, so customers were constantly coming in. There are many creative dishes, and it is a restaurant that I definitely want to come back to.
Champon with plenty of vegetables was delicious. The flavor of the Japanese-style soup stock is good, and the slightly thick noodles are entwined. Personally, I'd be fine with more vegetables, but it's a luxury (laughs). The store was clean, and at this time it happened to be not crowded and I was able to eat slowly.
I visited on a holiday at noon, and the tables were full, so I was seated in a tatami room in the back. I had a hard time deciding because there were so many options on the menu, but I ordered the young chicken tartare set meal with rice. The fried chicken itself was delicious, and the combination of tartar sauce made the rice go well! The rice was average but had a decent amount, so it was a good idea not to make it a huge portion. It seemed like it took a while to be served, but I'm glad the price was reasonable and the portions were large! I'd like to order a different menu next time. It was a shop that I would like to use again♪
