It is located in a renovated old folk house that is more than 100 years old, located just below Mt. Kannon, near Himure Hachimangu Shrine, and is now a tangible cultural property. Inside, there are two small courtyards that retain the flavor of the Edo period. (However, only one can be seen from the front guest room) There is actually a storehouse in the back, but entry is prohibited. The soba served is hand-made by the owner who trained in Nagano, but the limited quantity is limited and can only be made for 20 people at a time, so it is easy to handle during the busy summer season or when groups of customers suddenly arrive. Please be aware that you may be told "I can't do it!" The taste is simple, and you'll be eating it until the last sip. There are many buildings in the surrounding area that remind you of a time long ago, but it is a special place to enjoy soba noodles among them.
