This shop is located in a quiet farm or house, and is filled with the owner's particular taste. Everything from the way the books are arranged to the hand wash is very stylish. By the way, the thinness of the noodles seems to be different between bamboo soba and kake soba, so next time I'll try using bamboo steamer! I would like you to try the dashimaki omelet as well. Soba-yu is also refreshing. It's a relaxing shop with a warm personality from all the staff. I will go again!
