A one-of-a-kind restaurant where you can eat Jiro-style yakisoba. I had the sauce flavor and it was seriously delicious! It's not too chewy than it looks and is surprisingly easy to eat.

Visited for lunch before work. Buy a meal ticket and enter the store. There were 6 counter seats and 1 table seat. Even a single woman can feel free to enter. When I got to my seat, I was handed a piece of paper that let me choose the amount of vegetables, toppings, and the strength of the flavor. This time, I used the egg sauce flavor and didn't add any toppings (because it was before work). After a while, cold tofu of cotton tofu came as a palate cleanser, followed by yakisoba with a spicy aroma on a hot iron plate. Red pickled ginger is also included, so you can add as many toppings as you like. The aroma of the savory sauce stimulated my appetite and I ate it up! While cooling down with cold tofu made from firm tofu, you can finish the meal in no time! There are also yakisoba with different sauce flavors, and you can customize the amount of ingredients, seasoning, and toppings, so next time you will want to order something different. It seems that the business will end when the ingredients run out, so be careful when visiting. Thank you for the meal.

It is recommended for people who want to enjoy pleasure for a little over 1000 yen. Eating a large serving of yakisoba fills a man in his 20s so full that he can't eat anything else. I'm really happy with the tofu that comes with the set. The sound quality of the radio that is flowing in the store is also delicious.
