This restaurant requires reservations (fills up as soon as the date changes on the 1st of each month) and has 5 seats each for 3 lunches and 2 dinners. Lunch will be a tonkatsu set meal. Each part is served in order, so you can't compare them side by side, but you can enjoy up to 5 types of branded pork at the perfect timing. Hayashi I feel like SPF is included in certain areas. When served, we will give you a brief explanation of the branded pork and the recommended way to eat it. You can feel the flavor of the meat directly without adding anything, but I also like adding a little salt, so I recommend it. To finish your meal, you can choose between katsudon and katsu curry. The mitsuba leaves that came with the katsudon went well with it, and I was reminded once again of the deliciousness of mitsuba leaves. After eating the cutlet, I thought the curry would be heavy, but it was surprisingly filling. Finished off with rooibos tea. Thank you for the meal! !

A tonkatsu restaurant tucked away in a back alley in Nakatsu. (If you don't know in advance, you'll never get there) A popular restaurant that requires reservations and fills up as soon as reservations begin. The content is on a completely different level from what is associated with the keyword "tonkatsu". Different parts of five types of pork are served in order, so you can enjoy them while comparing them like a course. The type of pork seems to change depending on the day, but it's always delicious. I really feel the owner's commitment. You can enjoy changing the taste by adding salt, bouillon sauce, soy sauce, mustard, etc. There's also white rice, red soup stock, cabbage, and topping off the dish with katsudon or katsu curry, all of which are of high quality and clever. Also, I was surprised at how filling the final dish was, just like a light lunch. The portions are huge throughout, so if you're someone who doesn't eat a lot, it's best to ask the staff when you enter the store. The tonkatsu (plus tonkatsu) is served one after another over the course of an hour, and each time the tonkatsu is announced as to when it's ready to eat, so it can't be denied that it's quite a rush. It may not be suitable for people who eat very slowly or who want to relax while chatting. It's expensive at around 4,000 yen for lunch, but it's more than satisfying. A good store that you should definitely visit at least once.

It seems to be a popular shop, and I got in right after it opened! It's a counter so you can watch the staff making the tonkatsu up close. Watching the tender meat being carefully coated and fried is a blissful experience that you can watch for a long time. The sauce is also delicious and I can understand why it's so popular. Is there a saying that you should eat the pork cutlet first with the loin? It seems like there is, but I'm a fin fan. In particular, the fillets here were perfectly cooked, pink in color, very tender, and really delicious! I want to come again!
