Osaka, Japan｜Ogimachi Udon-ya Asuroh

Most of the time, people are waiting outside because it's known as a Bib Gourmand restaurant. Udon is totally fresh and chewy. You can add any favorite Tempura on the menu. I ordered Kijyoyu(生醤油）Udon with eggplant Temptra and egg. Kijyoyu type is just adding sauce by yourself. Other set menu is more reasonable if you are a bigginer.

It is a very delicious(& reasonable) and famous Sanuki Udon restaurant. My recommendation is HIYA-KAKE.

Very good bowl of udon. The noodles were a perfect QQ texture, the broth was flavourful and the fried maitake mushrooms were amazing.
