I want to eat delicious soba. That's why I went. This is a full-fledged restaurant that uses “Gen soba” from Okuetsu, Fukui Prefecture. Authentic hand-made soba with a focus on smoothness, aroma and flavor. It was written on the POP in front of the store. And I have a sample. . . . All of them look delicious. I got lost at the storefront. I entered the shop and ordered the "Onsoba set". I felt like drinking dashi soup. It came out after waiting for a while. A set of warm soba, rice, and eggplant boiled. First, let's start with the soba. Wow, authentic soba. The flavor, the texture, and the way it goes down your throat is amazing, isn't it? It feels like I ate authentic soba for the first time in a while. And the dashi soup is perfect. It was the best cup ever. Oh, and the eggplant ohitashi was also delicious. I ate it as a side dish with rice, but it goes well with sake. This time I had hot soba, but next time I would like to enjoy cold soba. I have to go eat there again.

It seems to be a popular store, but it wasn't that crowded after 1:00 pm, so you could easily enter. The 1,200 yen soba stacked bento that I had this time is a popular menu item that comes with your choice of soba noodles, sashimi, sashimi, and rice balls. The soba noodles are rich in flavor, smooth and chewy. The spicy grated daikon radish tightens the flavor and makes it even better. The fish was also delicious!
