When you come to Kansai, you must eat udon. The soup stock is delicious! Honestly, even if you're not at Imai-san, you can still get delicious soup stock even if you're eating standing udon in Kansai, so if you go to Imai, you're guaranteed to get the fox udon. I had udon noodles while drinking a glass of dashi soup.
