Although it was a small humble establishment, the owner has a really big heart. Not a second did her smile left her face. In short, despite me being a gaijin, she still served me really genuinely, i felt more like a family member than a customer, and that to me is really heartwarming. Foodwise, its an 8/10, not the best but definitely better than average. Furthermore, as the sets offered ranges from ¥750 to ¥950, its also a really huge bargain as compared to most places. Overall, the heartwarming service coupled with the delicious food could not be merely described by words, you have to experience it first hand to understand what i mean.

delicious! Cospa is good! Tempura oil seems to be using a lot of sesame oil, and the tempura is crispy and fragrant. Tendon is 2 shrimp, shimeji mushrooms, green beans, pickled ginger, seaweed, sweet potato, and eggplant. The menu said 2 shrimp and 3 vegetables, but it had 2 shrimp and 6 vegetables. I added white fish. The sauce on the tempura bowl is moderately sweet and exquisite. A hot hojicha pot is placed on the counter and water will be served if you ask. Rock salt, ichimi, and shichimi are only one in the store, so if you tell them, they will serve you. A back alley near Awaji Station. Only 4 seats at the counter. There are two female clerks working on the cooking, serving and cashiering. One female clerk is friendly, but the other is unfriendly and handles salt. The amiable woman saw me off at the entrance of the shop when I left. Overall, there is enough deliciousness to cancel out the amiable salt response.
